If you fail to notify PaystubHero accordingly, PaystubHero will not be able to prevent such unauthorized access or other security breaches or take corresponding security measures.

Choose your Document template and fill in the form on the Website by providing the requested information. You must only create a Document for purposes permitted by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. You can retrieve the documents from the named links and take notice of them. Before clicking “Checkout” to continue the process, you must confirm that you accept these Terms and have acquainted yourself with our Privacy Policy, which includes that you are not using the Website or Software for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. After providing the requested information, by clicking “Checkout” and following the payment procedures, your document is created.
PaystubHero can refuse to provide you with a Document at its sole and absolute discretion.
As a part of the document creation process, you must provide us with certain information, including, but not limited to, your email address, partial social security number, and location or those of your employees or associates. For more information about the data we collect, please see the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and others and ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and done.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel purchases per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Only purchases made after the price increase takes effect will be subject to any price increases we make. Although we try to show accurate price information, occasionally, there may be unintentional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions about pricing and availability. PaystubHero is not responsible for the User’s failure to pay taxes and will not deduct, charge, produce, or compute any taxes.
You are aware that the Documents are digital items and that your purchase is for the use of the Software and/or a license to use them by these Terms. You consent to thoroughly check your order before submitting payment. You affirm and guarantee that:
1. The payment data you provide to us is accurate and complete,
2. You have been permitted to use the payment method you have provided.
3. The issuer of your payment method will honor any charges you incur, and
4. Regardless of the price that was quoted on the website or by using the software when you placed your order, you are still responsible for paying the charges that you incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
We are not required to give a refund or a credit unless specified by the relevant law. There is a strict no-return policy because the Software and the Documents are intangible, and once you download a Document/receive a document via email, it is believed to have been “used.” By signing/agreeing to this document, you acknowledge that your purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled.
You know that PaystubHero is selling the Software to you through a payment service provider (or “PSP”). If there are any problems with payment transactions, you must, unless otherwise required by law, first contact the PaystubHero support team before contacting the PSP or financial institution. Utilizing the Software online could result in expenses that you’ll need to pay to your service provider.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
